Mental Health Support
Cushion Club is a support group that aims to provide a safe and supportive environment for individuals who have experienced similar challenges. The group is culturally adapted and open to men, women, and children.
The purpose of the group is to provide a space for individuals to share their experiences, offer support to one another, and work through their challenges together.
- Improving overall well-being and quality of life
- Reducing symptoms of mental illness, such as depression and anxiety
- Helping individuals better manage stress and cope with difficult situations
- Improving relationships and social connections
- Increasing ability to function at work, school, and in other areas of life
- Improving physical health outcomes, as there is often a connection between mental and physical health.
Women's Cushion Club
The Cushion Club for Women is a support group that provides a safe and supportive environment for women to share their experiences, feelings, and challenges.
Offering a sense of community and understanding, as well as practical advice and resources, the Women’s Cushion Club is a place to find validation, understanding, and encouragement, as well as to gain new insights and strategies for coping with difficult situations.
Each weekly session will be led by a trained facilitator, or therapist.
Men's Cushion Club
As a support group for men, the Cushion Club provides a safe and supportive environment for men to come together and discuss common challenges and experiences. This group offers opportunities for men to connect with others, share their feelings, and receive emotional support.
The focus of the group may vary based on demand, but common themes include issues related to mental health, relationships, work, and personal growth. The Support group also provides a space for men to offer support and advice to each other, and to gain new perspectives and coping strategies.
Youth Cushion Club
Children are resilient and have the ability to bounce back from challenges, it is important for them to receive support and care to help them navigate through difficult times from the adults in their lives. but it is important to provide them with support.
Children rely on the guidance and nurturing of adults to help them develop into healthy, happy, and well-adjusted individuals. This support can take many forms including emotional support, physical support, and educational support. By providing a supportive environment, children are able to build a strong foundation that will serve them throughout their lives.
